This video sequence shows the arrival of the funeral of Rev Fr Michael McCarthy in Crosshaven, Co Cork, Ireland. Fr McCarthy, Parish Priest of Crosshaven, died on the 15th of August 2009 after a long illness.

He was much loved and respected. His funeral was met by the local Coast Guard and was escorted by a Guard of Honour to St Brigid's church in Crosshaven. He was buried on Tuesday 18.08.2010 in the Abbey Cemetery, Bantry, Co Cork. Ar dheis Dé go Raibh a Anam Dílis.
